Timpanogos Gateway is $385/month year-round, while the others are about $370 during fall and winter and $230 during spring and summer.

I also found out last week that there's an opening with some friends - the bedrooms are a little cramped, but it would be a lot better from a social standpoint. Plus, the apartment is managed by the same group I was with earlier, so I could just transfer over my deposit and last month's rent.

Just remember the reasons why you wanted to move in the first place. Also, you're going to be so busy that you won't be home most of the day. I hope you're happy with whatever choice you make.

Yeah, I really have liked the ward, but the other guys in the apartment with an opening seemed to be pretty sedentary — which isn't to say that there aren't plenty of other people around to do things with, but it certainly doesn't sell it, either. And coming from a 1800 sq. ft. townhouse, the kitchen really is tiny. All the same, if it was available immediately, I'd probably take it, if for no other reason than the terrific ward.

I lived in Promenade for 1.5 years and loved it! The ward was very social... and the kitchen wasn't that bad.
